Information Collection and Use
Vino Finder explicitly asks when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). Your personal information is used to facilitate your personal access to products on the site, and to contact you in the course of using the products. Financial information that is collected is only used to verify identity, and to bill you, or your company for products you purchased. Demographic and profile data collected by Vino Finder may be used to personalize the Website or any requested e-mail communications, and to display information that is more relevant to you. Vino Finder also compiles demographic and product use information, but in aggregate form only. Vino Finder will not under any circumstances make any personal information about an individual user available to anyone.
Your e-mail address will be used only to send you information that you have requested. As part of your use of any Vino Finder product, we allow you to elect to receive, or not receive, certain information from Vino Finder. Vino Finder adheres strictly to a permission-based email policy. Vino Finder will not send you unsolicited email information, commercial offers or advertisements. Vino Finder will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists or our customer's contact lists (including customer data) to any outside firms. All emails that you have requested will have an option to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled immediately and no further communications will be sent to users who have stated that they do not wish to receive the specified information.
While IP addresses (address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session, the user's identity is anonymous. Tracking IP addresses gives Vino Finder information about which parts of our site are used most often and what information is viewed.
Children under 13
Vino Finder is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Vino Finder does not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information online from children under the age of 13. If Vino Finder learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on woodwinetags.com without verified parental consent, then Vino Finder will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
Information Sharing and Disclosure use by third parties
It is the policy of Vino Finder to never provide your personal information to third parties without your express permission or only in instances where such disclosure is necessary to process payment transactions or provide services that you have requested. Credit Card Information
Vino Finder allows you to purchase merchandise in a variety of ways. When credit card billing is chosen, information is transferred to Vino Finder’s Clearing House Partner using industry-leading, secure transmission technology including SSL and HTTPS (the transmission standard used for transactions by major financial institutions). The information is then encrypted using Data Encryption and stored securely so that it is ready to handle your transactions.
Return & Exchange Policy Details
We want you to be happy with your order, so Vino Finder will give a full refund or exchange on all non-discontinued items returned within 30 days of sale. This means if you ordered the wrong item, or just plain don't like the style, send it back with the original invoice and we will either exchange the item, or provide you a full refund, whichever you prefer. This way you can be completely confident in your shopping experience with us.

On exchanges made for items of lesser value the customer will receive store credit in the amount of the remaining balance. Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
Just follow the return policy instructions at the footer of the page under returns, and be sure to mention which items are missing or defective. We will even reimburse you for the cost to ship the items back to us. We want you to get the right product in your hands as fast as possible! Remember, we want you to love your Wine Tags. What Should I Do If I Don't Have The Origional Invoice?
If you do not have the original invoice, please print out your confirmation email or include a piece of paper with the following:
Whether you are asking for an exchange or refund, and why.
Your order number, if you have one.
Your name, phone number, shipping address, and email address. (we typically call you, so make sure the number is accurate)
Indicate the Return item's name, size, and color.
Indicate the New item's wood type, design, and quanity. (You can find up-to-date wood types and designs information on our website. If the item you are looking for isn't on the website, then we are currently out of stock of that particular item.)
You may contact us to check on the status of your exchange, but we typically call you when the exchange is ready to ship so we can charge return shipping to your credit card over the phone.
Note: Vino Finder is not responsible for misplaced mail. Please ensure that your package gets to our return address by insuring your return package.
I Sent in a Return and Haven't Heard Anything Back Yet. How Long does It Take?
Returns and exchanges take 3-5 business days to process once they are received at our warehouse. If you would like to call or email us to see if your package was received yet, you are welcome to do so. Typically we call you when your return package is ready to go out to verify your personal information.
I Received My Wine Tags as a Gift. How Do I Make as Exchange?
No problem! Just visit our Return Policy page and follow the return instructions there. We're happy to exchange for the tags you really wanted.
